"Profanum vulgus" means "the common people". The latin word Profanum originally meant "being in front of a sanctuary".
The black metal influence was reduced and the band decided not to use guitars, bass or any 'typical' metal sound, replacing it with symphonic orchestra instruments like piano and violins.
Parts from Musaeum Esotericum album are featured in the Polish short film Intelekt Kollapse (2005) as in-film music/score.
Contributed "The Serpent Crown" to Under a Pagan Moon compilation, released by Cyclonic Productions, Canada, in 1996.
